Disqualified aspirants takes the SRC electoral commission to court



Some aspirants  who were disqualified following the results of the vetting released by the electoral commission of the students representative council have taken petitioned the school court over some mistakes which were noted in the released results of the SRC EC.

The electoral commission of the SRC released the official vetting results on 11th August which showed aspirants who qualified to contest for a position and those who were disqualified.

However, a lot controversies have risen ever since the vetting results was released and this was as a result of some mistakes which were found in the official statement of the electoral commission of the SRC vetting results.

As such aspirants who showed concern have therefore petitioned the school court to take a vivid look at the outlined mistakes and proceed to nullify the outcome vetting results.

At their point of view, the electoral commission of the Students Representative Council was not competent enough to have a sight at the mistakes which were seen in the vetting results.
