Concerned students Association of Ghana petitions various universities to allow students write exams online

Concerned students Association of Ghana have petitioned the various universities in Ghana to allow them write their end of semester examination online.

This comes as a result of the University Teachers Association of Ghana UTAG strike which came off as a result of the poor condition of services government provides for them. The UTAG claimed that since 2012, government have not restored the agreed salary level.

The UTAG declared a strike on August 2nd to display how disappointed they are in the government.

The Teacher Union strike lasted for 3 weeks which got students stranded on campus as they were negatively affected by the strike and also compelled some to go home.

The concerned students Association of Ghana have petitioned the various universities with a letter to allow students write their end of semester examination online as most of them are already at home and others stranded in school.

*STUDENTS PETITION.*

*We can’t wait and still be on campus 3-4 weeks.*

*We have wasted our resources, we are BROKE now.. perhaps most Students are already in the house….*

*Online Exams will be the best option now since UTAG is about to call off the strike*
